Hi all,

 

Energy, we all hear about it, and we all have an idea of what it can do. But do you really know that energy is life! That's right! What's so interesting is during my life I have been given many different ideas on how energy can support us, or help us learn.

 

Just the other day I was asked to give a stress management class to a group from CCD. They all just began there first year, two weeks in only and I asked how many of you are stressed?

 

I was truly amazed! All 37 people raised their hand. Two weeks in and already stressed. In the process of teaching them I understood that they all were giving energy to the stress, but not just alone, but as a group. So now 37 people all working together to bring a level of stress so powerful, some of them were already talking about droping out.

 

The sad thought about that is that they all took well over a year to apply and get acepted, with a waiting list longer than your arm. My mission that day was not just to teach them how to manage stress, but the most important thing I had to do that day was bring them to balance.

 

Not a hard thing to do except I only had a hour total! Yecks! What do I do? Well we spent the first part of the session talking about the how,what, when, and physical, than we got to business. When I was completed I found that 80% of them had shifted to a more positive energy.

 

Now they as a group could bring the energy to a level that will help them all move through the year with a stronger more balanced energy, with grace and ease.

 

I bring this story up because of the dream I have moving through life.  My dream is that when you see someone that is a little out of balance you could just walk over to them and touch their shoulder or arm and give them enough energy that you have helped them change their day. Or in other words I wish for us all to understand energy to change the world to love, peace, joy, and abundance!

 

How I am moving forward is one step at a time, and the first step is introducing energy work to the main stream crowd. I have chosen the path of helping real estate people, because they meet with many indiviual families.

 

Now that I have the energy running, I to must run for now. In my next writing I will let you know what I do and how! Until than have a blessed and balanced day!
